Billing
Which currencies do you accept?
Australian dollars (AUD) only. All prices include GST and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change the billing interval from your dashboard; the difference is prorated by Stripe.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for 7 days and email you. After that the space is suspended (data is kept) until payment succeeds.
Hosting
Where is my data stored?
On servers located in Sydney, Australia. Backups are stored in Australian object storage.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME at your space hostname and we issue an SSL certificate automatically.
How long does setup take?
Usually 2–5 minutes after payment. You can watch each step on the deployment page.
